The home of Hypnobirthing - KGHypnobirthing is available online and in person 12 hour training course for birthing parents.
This is a full antenatal/prenatal course.
Not only will it equip you with information about hypnobirthing, but it will also give you the knowledge to understand what is happening during pregnancy and labour, explain all your options for birth as well as any implications to choices you make. It will teach you the techniques you need for a successful hypnobirth and give you the information to navigate the system in which you find yourself to achieve the best outcome for you and your baby.
This renowned KGH Parents’ course will guide you through your pregnancy, in the comfort of your own home or in a private therapeutic space.
